Over 20 years in various construction trades. Working in positions including Accounts, Customer Service, Project Supervision, General Manager, and at BRM, Operations Manager. My duties now include coordinating all jobs on a daily, weekly, and future basis. Overseeing all tech schedules, matching the appropriate skill set to the ongoing project. Creating Work Orders on a Time and Material basis, and interpreting Proposals created by our Account Managers into billable language for our AR Department. Communicating directly with our customers on their requests for repairs and maintenance. Handling HR issues as they arise and being the first point of contact for employees. Todd has been with BRM since 2007 and serves as the company’s Construction Manager and RME (Responsible Managing Employee).  Todd brings 20 years both hands on and managerial experience.  Due to extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction and electrical systems, Todd’s responsibilities now include oversight of all major projects, estimating for all quoted work, technical adviser to field technicians, materials purchasing, employee reviews, and safety training.  Hobbies include camping, hiking, and off-road activities, and as a freelance professional photographer, Todd’s work can be seen on the walls of the BRM offices.
