ACCOUNT MANAGER - COMMISSION BASED SALES POSITION
San Diego based building services company looking for enthusiastic Sales and Account Representative. The successful applicant will be responsible for selling our programs and services to current and prospective customers. By means of traveling throughout San Diego County; conducting follow-up of leads through phone calls and person-to-person contact to identify customer needs; conducting retention and service calls; participating in and or conducting regular customer focused learning events.
Position will require prospecting, quoting and selling to all prospects within San Diego County. Specific focus is to be given to increasing sales and service to commercial clients, government facilities. Quote all incoming request for bids, and perform any inspections providing data that may be required in performing service or repairs.

Maintenance Technician
We are seeking an experience maintenance technician to fill a full time opening within our company. Approximately 3-5 years experience in the construction or general building maintenance trades is required. The position requires work in a wide variety of locations throughout San Diego County. Each Technician must possess basic tools of the trade (including a cordless set and hand tools), a truck capable of carrying materials and equipment to and from job sites, and a smart phone able to operate our time reporting application.
The successful candidate will possess a wide variety of basic skills including painting, electrical, plumbing, welding, and carpentry. Strong carpentry skills preferred. Must be a self-starter, work well alone, and be capable of problem solving repair work assignments.
Starting wage is $18.00/hr with salary increases based on performance. A monthly vehicle allowance will be provided. We are interested in serious applicants only, who meet the above criteria.
